When I get to the counter, the person working there (Thomas) looks at my items and says I can't return anything that doesn't fit in a plastic bag. So I say ok what about this other item its small and fits in a bag. He says your at the wrong store for that I can't return it and walks away, I dont know where or why he's leaving. Few minutes later this other person that works there asks me "are you returning" I said yes. He proceeded and scan both items no questions asks and boom done. Thomas just straight up didn't want to help me. This guy needs some more training or just better communication with people. I later called the store to speak with a manager regarding situation and the guy that answered wad Sergio and says he is one of the managers and so is Thomas and he will relay info to Thomas. When I explained the situation to Sergio he mention both people that I interacted with was both managers. Which is wild, when I was there I saw maybe 5 people working, so your telling me 3/5 people are managers ?? Weird, but ok.
