    I came into this UPS Store with what felt like a mountain of Amazon returns and some important documents I needed notarized during a pretty personal time in my life. Honestly, I was expecting it to be stressful, but Jem, the manager, completely changed that experience. She handled all of my returns quickly and efficiently, keeping everything organized and making sure nothing was missed. On top of that, she helped me through the notarization process with so much patience and professionalism. It wasn’t just about getting things done — she was kind, respectful, and understanding in a way that really stood out. You can tell Jem truly cares about the people she helps. She made a tough day a lot easier, and I’m really grateful for that. If you need anything done right (and with genuine care), this is the place to go. 👍

    I Loved how the print turned out. This measure almost 4 feet by 6 feet. The print is ready in almost an hour. My daughter loved it so much. Staff are also very helpful and accomodating. Thank you very much.

    During my visit, I encountered several issues that contributed to a frustrating customer experience. Firstly, the General Manager, Jennifer, exhibited poor customer service skills. While I appreciate her willingness to assist other customers in line, it was inappropriate for her to divert her attention away from my needs when she was already engaged with me. Such behavior undermines the trust and respect that customers expect in a service setting. Additionally, Yadira, the staff member assisting alongside Jennifer, did not demonstrate a sense of urgency or professionalism in her handling of customer inquiries. The overall atmosphere was one of inefficiency, which only added to the discontent of those waiting for assistance. I am fully aware that employees are granted certain privileges through union membership, but it is disheartening to see these privileges misused, resulting in a lack of accountability for poor performance. It appears that, rather than addressing performance issues, UPS chooses to promote underperforming employees and reassign them to other departments, which reflects a failure to prioritize customer satisfaction. While I acknowledge that UPS offers competitive salaries, the evident lack of customer service skills and accountability is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and efficiency, as the financial success of your company relies heavily on our patronage. I strongly urge UPS to review its customer service protocols and the performance of its management team to ensure that all employees are held accountable for their service standards.
