When I leave specific instructions for my mail, and they still get it wrong, only to be closed to early to even pick up my mail, yet alone speak to an employee about the mistake they made, And then to have my mail held up because they don't work long enough for me to be able to pick it up when I get off work. I've been a loyal customer to the Post Office for over 5 years, and now I'm dealing with this. You guys just burned your bridges with me. Don't be surprised if you lose another customer soon.
