I just found out her name is “Jem”, well let me tell you she is just like her name a “GEM” to the store. You always see her smiling and willing to help. It’s pleasant to visit this store that makes you welcome and knowing i will get excellent and fast service. It is “Jem” that keeps bringing me back to the UPS store for all my necessities. As always all the girls that workť here do such a great job at assisting each customer, even the mean and rude customers that have attitude from the beginning. 5 stars to Luna and 5 stars to team. even under pressure and amongst the crowd lining up from outside the door. Luna managed and did an awesome job at helping me with what I needed. And she did an awesome job on cutting my business cards that I had already printed up. She destroyed the line handled the customers with her team and assisted with me and my needs. Thanks again Luna and team at ups store. 5 stars

After that I went back with some pictures to see if they can help me and what they did was worst unprofessional service.
