    AJ was professional, pleasant and extremely accommodating despite the numerous packages I had to return. He assisted me with getting a heavy box from my car without hesitation. It is very rare today!! I appreciated his positive attitude throughout my visit. The National City store is a great place to do business.

    I went in for printing and copies Aj /Moe , an Jen helped me out i was there for so long arranging everything and they were so patient! They have Great customer service they were so kind and helpful always with a smile on their face! Merry Christmas thank u for all the help! :)

    Fantastic service from your staff , I'd tlike o give kudos to Jem, Allysa Luna and especially to AJ . AJ really got my package perfectly . He took his time to make sure I was happy and showed it to me if I was satisfied with the wrapping . It’ was not just a simple packaging. It was big items. Thank you AJ ! I really appreciate your help !

    My mom and I had the best experience with Luna at the ups store on plaza Blvd in National City, Ca. She was very patient, calm, and helpful. We had to complete a notary and she wasted no time being willing to help. Luna made us feel comfortable and understanding to my mom that is (82). I so appreciate all her help and hope she stays on as a staff member. Luna was the Best we hope to have her again when we visit the store again. (7213)
