She has an exceptional ability to identify the right talent based on client needs while also providing clear, respectful support to candidates throughout the process.   I've been with People Ready for over 10 years now and am very impressed with the way the company has grown and the way its staff has become so interested in the well being of all of us who depend on you guys to keep money coming in in order to provide for our loved ones. I am out of the National City, California office and Karla has always been so professional and makes sure that not only the office stays on top of everything, but ensures that our safety and well being comes first. I don't know what we would do without her. Thanks People Ready for everything.

  As a current employee for this agency for more than 2 years. I have had nothing but incredible experience with this branch. Karla has always shown exemplary dedication and incredible work ethic when I’m at the branch. Her enthusiasm and great energy helped me always look at this location in a positive light. Karla always takes safety for me serious and ensures I have all my PPE available and ready for use before my shifts. Ever since I stepped foot at this office she has always been positive and helpful. I am delighted to work with this location and when you meet with Karla your experience will be nothing short delightful.
