  This office never opens on time , and closes early when other offices close at 5 they rarely answer calls too

  This is the worst employment agency out there. It's been a whole month and they can't get me into the app itself after six support tickets and an endless loop of snotty gaslighting and futile password resets. The lady at the office, Karla, was super nice and did what she could, which wasn't much. She was having issues even on her end with their software at the office not syncing with whatever lackluster database they use. Wouldn't at all surprise me if they use TempWorks which is total trash. The Zendesk people are totally unhelpful and even deny seeing any support tickets until you ramble off a half dozen ticket numbers. First it's "you have a duplicate account somehow." Then they tell you after getting you to the password reset screen you're good to go, only to find out nothing was accomplished and you hit the same error screen. Then they tell you to delete the app and reinstall which ALSO does guess what? Mhmm you got it- didly squat, son! Then they tell you they're elevating the ticket, which of course does....are you ready? Nothing, yay! After a week, just restart at paragraph two and you've got the PeopleReady experience down pat! Oh and the taping people's paychecks to the door in tweaker infested neighborhoods that's a nice touch too.

  Setup a job order only to be called the morning of, 15 mins before the workers are suppose to show up, to be told I have to pay upfront if I want them to come. Used peopleready/go-staff before, never once was requested to do so before I even receive the service, let alone 15 MINUTES BEFORE WORK COMMENCES!!. Super unprofessional, stay away. Choose a more reliable company.
