  Not a single competent worker at this post office. Only people who give you attitude on the phone because you’re asking basic questions they can’t answer. If you live in an apartment complex you’re screwed. I was told by this office that carriers can’t deliver packages to your door because it takes too long. Doesn’t matter if it’s medication, or something you paid extra to have delivered on time. So I’ve had to set up multiple redeliveries and I’ve done so with instructions to bring it to the door (it’s literally an option when you do this online) and they’ve done it. However I was also told by this office they shouldn’t be doing that? Make it make sense. If you don’t pay for a mail locker at your apartment complex, this USPS will make you jump through hoops to get them to do their job which is deliver mail. They’d rather argue that you should drive over there and pick it up yourself.

  place is a mess, low on shipping stock, get yelled at by a dude for no reason, no pens, machines don't work. the world is really in full collapse and its because nobody takes pride in what they do. yes you may be unhappy with your life or job but make the most of it and put your best foot forward or your destined to stay there. im embarrassed to be alive at this moment in time. even with all the modern tools to optimize things we have somehow gotten worse, less flexible, less capable, absolutely not customer service. do yourself a favor and ship somewhere else

  This is the actual *worst* USPS office in California. They lose packages, hang up on you when you try to call, and are generally rude. The bar for post offices is low, but this place manages to fly right under it.

  Today may have been off but there was no line, get in fast and all was trying to mail a package I had to pay for a roll of tape and label. The man who walked up to help snatching the items you need to pay for the tape and label. Of course, can you let me know how much it will be to ship. He offers me three options. Okay the 4 day shipping is fine. Which was $25. He asks if I would like insurance up to $100. He just kept looking at me. I'm like sir can you tell me how much it will be please 2 times. Third time, look sir I've asked you 3 times how much you are going to charge me for the insurance. Then he takes a tape measure out of the drawer and measure the box. Rings me up for $4 tape $25 shipping and $1 label. Total is $52. Sir can you explain the costs. The box is too big, even after he weighed it and asked me for the price I chose. He raised the shipping from $25 for 4 shipping to $40 with 4 day shipping. I said you changed the price and I don't even want to send the baby clothing now. The man said sorry, it's not my fault. Can I just have my receipt. I don't know why you changed the price for something I don't even want to send now. You lied. The faces popped up for me to review my service. He tried to block the screen and was mad I pressed the sad face. I won't be returning to this office for any further services.
