Be aware that if you do not SPECIFICALLY ask for your package/item to ship through UPS they will look at the computer to see if USPS is less expensive for you. What they DO NOT tell you that even if USPS is less expensive then UPS they will use USPS, without your consent. What this store also does not tell you is the price includes a SURCHARGE by them for using USPS. So if the package is less expensive that includes there surcharge they will use USPS. If I wanted USPS to handle my package I would have went there, which by the way would have been $10 less in total then this store. The issue is, I did not want this package to go USPS due to problems I have been having with the USPS. I will never use these stores again. Im so tired of getting riped off by these companies. Also like the post above said, the lady manger was RUDE beyond words....
