When the self-service machine had problems Seth used the employee machines to help me finish the job. He was helpful, cheerful, and made what could have been a disappointing experience a pleasure with a positive outcome. Excellent service, I will be returning here for any future such projects.

- JMJodie MarquezDec 6, 20251.0Extremely poor experience at this business. The PC was incredibly slow and suffered from constant technical and internet connection issues. What should have taken 10 minutes ended up wasting over an hour of my time and $30. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially for a service that customers are paying for. On top of that, the attendants were unhelpful and displayed an unpleasant attitude when I asked for assistance. Instead of offering support or a solution, they were dismissive. When I requested a refund due to the clear service failure, it was flatly declined without any reasonable explanation. Overall, poor service, poor equipment, and poor customer handling. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting reliable service or basic customer care.
