It is impossible to reach a real person, as no one ever answers the phone. When trying to follow the instructions in Spanish, they are nearly impossible to understand, that so-called “Spanish” is not even close to being accurate. Overall, they fail to provide quality service in any language.

I was later informed the post office had a lot of mail they were sorting through. When I visited the branch they appeared short staffed. They’re doing the best they can and I appreciate them.

All you get is the run around no matter what you call for. They rarely answer the phone and have clue how to do anything. The passport employee didn't know how to do it, and the fingerprint employee didn't know how to do it either. There is one supervisor there, Quyen, that from what I had heard nobody likes. I even heard of one instance where a carrier who worked there 3 years ago reapplied hoping that Quyen was not there anymore and when seen still working there, left and stopped showing up to work. Murrieta Post office is relatively horrible . . . . .
