- BBbmeade73Jan 4, 20261.0I showed up January 2nd at 6:25pm. To a locked door, and no employees inside. The sign on the window says you are open until 6:30. This isn't the first time this has happened. And several times given attitude that I'm showing up CLOSE to closing time. Just stay open until the time listed on your sign. This is the closest UPS store to my house, but it's still a 20 minute drive. That's 40 minutes of my time wasted, plus gas, to get to a locked door. I have a full time job, and also run my own small business, so after working all day, I come home, and try to pack up orders as fast as I can you get there on time. Don't treat me like I'm doing something wrong by getting there close to closing time, and stop closing early.

I called later because I wanted a tracking number and was misguided, (same employee). The employee was the last person to have the package; stated to that this label tracking number was the one to use. For 5 days, the tracking number for USPS was INVALID!?
