  I showed up January 2nd at 6:25pm. To a locked door, and no employees inside. The sign on the window says you are open until 6:30. This isn't the first time this has happened. And several times given attitude that I'm showing up CLOSE to closing time. Just stay open until the time listed on your sign. This is the closest UPS store to my house, but it's still a 20 minute drive. That's 40 minutes of my time wasted, plus gas, to get to a locked door. I have a full time job, and also run my own small business, so after working all day, I come home, and try to pack up orders as fast as I can you get there on time. Don't treat me like I'm doing something wrong by getting there close to closing time, and stop closing early.

  I love this location! They are fast and efficient, and I have never had any issues with my shipments. It also helps that they are super friendly and helpful!

  This store allowed USPS pick up without scanning the tracking number; that is what I was told. I called later because I wanted a tracking number and was misguided, (same employee). The employee was the last person to have the package; stated to that this label tracking number was the one to use. For 5 days, the tracking number for USPS was INVALID!?

  So I work from home so I come into this UPS on a daily basis Monday through Friday and sometimes even on a Saturday like today and the stuff is always very friendly because they are familiar with me. However, today I came in and the clerk name Ryan was extremely rude to me . How do I reach an owner? This isn’t the first time and I ignored it the first time but second time is unacceptable.

  This location deserved 0 stars - I came here in January to send a shipment to a friend in Mexico for her wedding. I waited about 2 months to give UPS and the shipment to arrive before asking questions. The tracking number after it left the U.S. could not track my shipment which the staff should've warned me about before accepting my package. When I contacted the store the store manager Teresa said at one point "it is not her responsibility once the package has left" I asked if they can help me track the package down so I can get it back but nothing no help. The last time I spoke to the manager Teresa she hanged up on me. I did not realize this UPS store used the local post office to send my package. If I would've been told this I would have taken my package myself and not waste anyone time. All I ask is for them to help me track my package and some accountability.
