  We’re a small business and will bring course books weekly to drop off. Already packaged and labeled. We drop off at this location once in a blue moon since our mailbox is at the Clinton Keith location. However, this place does not skip a beat on hiring employees that just don’t want to do their job. The first encounter they said their location is too small to hold onto the 15 books to be sent out since their pick up driver already came for that day. I went to drop off today due to being in the area and this time the employee stated “if you have multiple packages we aren’t taking them” If you don’t want to work then don’t. Last I checked this was a shipping place not a “one box drop stop only”. Anywho I’ll digress if I go any longer. I’d just stay away from location and will continue bringing my weekly drop offs to the Clinton Keith location. To Update in reply to owner's reply: In the various mixes of all the books sent out it is UPS and USPS. If you do not accept USPS, please say so from the beginning. I never had any issues in other UPS stores but like I said its just this location. When I came in with my 2 bags of books to ship out it was already stated they won't take multiple boxes for shipping. They have not even seen the box to see what labels are on it to even assume that it was not UPS labels from the beginning. If you want to provide your email I can provide you the labels that were sent that day that were UPS. I also advise you place signs everywhere that you NO LONGER accept any packages that are not UPS. Don't one day take usps then one day against it. This store is condescending, employees and owners. I hope you nothing but the worse in business from the lack of professionalism. Please take your business to other locations, Clinton Keith location is great. reported to UPS higher up as well.

  Great customer service at this location very kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out very fast and efficient. The store is very clean and organized and the employees are very professional. Im very thankful when I see great customer service. I believe customer service is the key to success you can make someone's day just by receiving them with a smile. This store definitely has that. Thank you! :)

  Andrew and Eddie go above and beyond to help. Especially Eddie. All the staff is great, but I’d like to highlight those two.
