Staff are always so rude here. Not helpful and unfriendly. I arrived at 2.01 not knowing they were closed at 2pm. One member of staff just screamed closed at me. I wasn’t aware you were closed at this time but didn’t appreciate being screamed at.

Idk man, this place just blows. Always a slow moving line, and I went one time with a return label on my phone and they told me they cannot even print it there. What type of post office doesn’t have a printer? I would recommend using another postal service.

You can't rely on them for receiving packages or mail. This office regularly says they didn't receive packages. * They don't consistently check packages into the USPS system when they receive a last mile delivery by UPS. * They put mail and notifications for packages in the wrong P.O.Box. (I had one package that they denied receiving for a month. When they finally gave me a notification for it, they had written the wrong P.O. Box number onto it, using a marker. They had initially tried to give it to the owner of the P.O. Box that was 100 more than mine (think number 924 instead of 824 as an example). They lost one package for a week because it was "too big"...although it actually could be easily carried tucked under one arm. They've delivered a package to me that was supposed to go to a different customer at a post office >100 miles away.) The price of a P.O. Box has increased far beyond inflation, but reliability continually worsens.

I tried to mail some papers and the employee handled them roughly and bent some of the corners. I also had to wait twice in the line, once to buy bubble wrap and a second time to mail my package after packing it. Took about 45 minutes total.

Slow service and do not offer to tape if the packaging is open
