If I saw the name right, the guy Reka does not want to work, he does not call for us even as we have a long queue waiting, and only do work when we have to walk to his front. Then he dismisses me without giving me a receipt, then after I asked him “could you scan it”, he then sighed big and reluctantly scan and gave me a receipt.

I submitted a service request online and received a voice message this morning saying that I could pick up my mail here. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk asked for my address and went inside to look for it. She came back and told me she couldn’t find anything and simply said, “I don’t know.” I then told her that I had received a voice message. Instead of helping further, she started telling me not to be mad at her, saying she was “just trying to help” and that it wasn’t her who left the message. Hello?? It is your job, and you are paid to help customers. You must help — not just “try” to help. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I strongly doubt she even checked carefully. She then told me to come back on Monday, without a specific plan. Very rude staff and extremely poor service. =..=
