    Disclaimer: I showed up about 45 minutes prior to closing on a Sunday. Thought it would be a quick in and out. I had QR codes ready and everything. What should have been 5 minutes took 30 minutes. Multiple people came in and saw the line and left. While I was inside waiting the line was at 12 people. Not the employees fault whatsoever. UPS needs to have either a second employee to help out or streamline returns by adding a DIY option in store.

    I've had mostly good experiences over the years, but had an interaction this week that made me change my review. I told the clerk my package was worth $20, but he entered "$110" in the form and up-charged me for additional insurance without asking. Not a mistake that could easily result from misunderstanding. That plus leaving out the apartment number in the shipping address, and other small mistakes, made me reluctant to use this UPS location again.

    The woman that works here is very compassionate. The person in front of me was struggling with the complexity of a transaction, and she was incredibly patient and helped him through it.

    If there is any kind of line (and by that i mean like 3 or more people) it would take you less time to go to the other nearest ups. what should have been a 2 minute wait at most turned into 25 minutes do drop off one package, store is pathetically slow
