What should have been 5 minutes took 30 minutes. Multiple people came in and saw the line and left. While I was inside waiting the line was at 12 people. Not the employees fault whatsoever. UPS needs to have either a second employee to help out or streamline returns by adding a DIY option in store.

That plus leaving out the apartment number in the shipping address, and other small mistakes, made me reluctant to use this UPS location again.
