Ignoring their odd hours, and random closires, what's really going on here? It's literally the worst UPS retail store I've been too in the bay area. They refuse to do anything at all that might seem "helpful." Excuse after excuse as to why they can only come up with prices that are much higher than even online UPS. I challenge this owner to find me in order to understand the details as to why this business is lucky to have any customers at all.
