  I feel the staff forcing you to buy mailers when it’s not required. pricing is way higher $38 for a 2 Day Shipment ( documents) is insane !!

  Worst service I ever experienced. My package they received it & don’t even know how it’s lost since the tracking says it was never received by UPS & no one is ready to help me finding it. Totally don’t recommend them for their irresponsible behavior, such an expensive item I shipped trusting UPS and it’s lost because of their lack of service.

  This place is terrible No intention in helping costumers here Staff is very lazy specially in the morning Definitely needs improvements I only see the lady’s walking around doing absolutely nothing but avoiding to help customers Rude as well if you can avoid this location I would suggest you do so Otherwise we are stuck with this terrible location since is the only one around

  UPS customer service is a nightmare. The staff are rude, dismissive, and make you feel like you’re bothering them by simply asking for help. Instead of offering basic assistance, they tell customers to figure everything out on their own—like scanning and dropping packages—while some people clearly struggle with the process. They just stand there watching without stepping in. One employee in particular acts like he runs the place, showing zero respect or courtesy. For the high prices UPS charges, this type of treatment is insulting. Customers deserve better than arrogance and indifference.

  Worst customer service and they charge for everything. Even for no box no label they want us to buy their box and for printing label and for packing tape they charge. More than that, we had to scan and drop off ourselves. I stood in line for half an hour and the lady in the front assisted the customer who just entered the store. I am not there to just waste my time and look around dmwhat's going on. Everyone is busy and they should respect people time. Worst experience every time.
