- RBRachel BennettDec 11, 20251.0I would give it a minus stars. My ordered package said it arrived to my P. O. Box today so drove up from Anza. My label has clearly been ripped off my package and put onto someone else's package. Walked back into see why and was told to contact Amazon. I then asked how my packages label was here but not my package. It is very obvious my package arrived and the label was ripped off and placed on someone else's. I've been on the phone for hours trying to resolve this which none of the options will get my package item replaced or my money for item returned. This is absurd!!!
