I miss the old staff they would always have everything done by the time I go and get my packages. Now I find myself wasting time and gas going to see if they have it ready or not.

In the last several months, I have mailed at least 25 packages to my son in the military and to other family and friends both in the US and overseas. Every single one arrived on time, as promised, with no issues. This is a great post office and I really appreciate the convenient location and friendly staff.
- JJJulieFeb 17, 20181.0Recently brought in a ton of small packages to be mailed cross-country. They all contained samples from the hair care company I work with, along with a hand written card. Nothing crazy and what I believed to not be illegal. I had asked the clerk about it and she said it was all fine. This included a sample going overseas. SHE HAD ALL OF THEM TURNED IN FOR SUSPICION OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES. I have a stack of letters telling me nothing can be mailed due to illegal content. ITS SHAMPOO SAMPLES. I use to love this location, but now I see that this clerk has a chip on her shoulder. I am now out the $70 in postage and the $60 in products. Not to mention my potential customers think I've done something wrong because they received the same letters. I will not be returning to this location except to speak with the Post Master.
