  Two stars is generous - I scheduled an appointment for a notary for a will signing which the website said they provided. Even asked if I needed two witnesses which I needed and I get to the store and she says start to sign and then looks at the paper and says “we don’t do that” - your family members can do that for you - I tried to explain again, she said no - your family members can do that. I promptly left. I don’t like to have my time wasted. Probably won’t go back ever and used to be my favorite store but I’ll drive across town next time. Assistant at front counter was dismal as well. So disappointed

  Line was long so I paid for a label on my phone while I waited to avoid taking more time for them to do the same thing I did at the front of the line. Guy told me when I got to the front of the line that I had to leave line to email the label, and print at their separate computer and pay $3 and get back in line. Usually this place has been so helpful but this was dumb. I waited in line for 20 min and tried to speed things up only to be met with this unnecessary process. Just charge me a fee and print directly at the front. Had I known this was a thing I would have just not prepaid in line and waste everyone’s time having them create a label

  Because i already try the services of USPS i sent a priority mail going to Philippines it came more earlier than expected so right now i purchased a big boxes to send home to Philippines 🇵🇭
