On this particular occasion, the lines were beyond horrendous! It was as if it were days away from Christmas! They were two equally long lines. One to pick up mail and the other to send out. I must say this location must be poorly led as there was not enough organization to handle the situation. It took 17 minutes to finally get to the counter. But I will say that after my encounter with Mr. Donald, it really made every minute worth waiting. His customer service was extraordinary as he was exemplary and had a million smile that surely changed the atmosphere for me. He was extremely professional in making sure I was completely satisfied before sending me on my way. It’s employees like this that’s really give USPS the distinction that it deserves. Thank you, Mr. Donald. I look forward to be assisted by you again…
