- KFKarla Flores4 days ago1.0Really bad experience. I arrived at 12:57pm and waiting in line until 2:00pm. The post office worker was helping other people walking in even though there was a line of about 5 people waiting for the passport. I personally had to got tell here there are others people there,waiting. She did not care. Never again

- FFFrederickNov 22, 20251.0PLEASE READ!!!! I recently sent an item from this post office: a computer CPU. When I was about to ship the package, I was offered insurance; however, I decided not to insure it because the box was metal and, in addition, it was well protected with bubble wrap. Upon receipt, my brother noticed the box arrived battered and with visible damage. When he opened it, it became clear that the CPU had been damaged by an impact with a metal object, as if someone had intentionaly struck it due to the lack of insurance. The equipment arrived completely destroyed, as if it had been hit with a baseball bat. I understand that some packages can sufferer small damages while in the way to the destination, that’s normal, but the way I received mine? Was not normal, that was intentional! I don’t know exactly what happened, but the damage was significant and represents a loss of over $2,000. I am concerned about the security and handling of packages at this post office, they just don’t care about your package, if you do not choose insurance they will try to do all they can to get your item destroyed. Be careful, when sending things from this post office, today was me, tomorrow can be you!
