- DTdan teddy1 day ago1.0i don't often leave reviews but i visited UPS along with my brother to get mail sent off on sunday, january 11th @ 2:00pm. there was only one person working there, who appeared to be a bearded white male in glasses. i work in customer-facing jobs so i understand how exhausting it is especially when you're understaffed, but it gives no excuse for this male worker to be condescending to us while handling the packaging. my brother politely asked, "may i please get this taped?" and the staff replied, "i guess" in a curt tone, which made the whole room feel tense and awkward. and as i politely tried to point out a minor spelling mistake he rudely cut me off and said "don't tell me that" as if he was offended, like he assumed i thought he was dumb or something, but instead he looks childish and a little embarrassing to those are watching. it's giving "me, me, me" when i just want this package to be sent correctly, especially when i paid $29 dollars for this service. i left there feeling uncomfortable and do not plan on coming back. next time, don't understaff your workers. but even then, that attitude was unacceptable. he needs to get better training lol.
