- ARAnonymous ReviewerJul 28, 20251.0Long story short, they lost my package. Now I’m down $130 dollars. I had gone to drop off a Nike package. When I had gone the line was long. I didn’t mind it but I would like to mention this now. The employees were also dry, not showing any type of welcoming environment. Days go by without hearing back from Nike about my return. I found it odd because they typically get it quickly, I call Nike and they told me that they haven’t received a thing and that I should get in contact with the store that I dropped them off at. I then call this store and they had told me to call UPS customer service and I said “Okay no problem. Thanks.” Long story short, I go back and forth between UPS customer service and Nike for about 6 times. At the end, UPS customer service told me that “the distribution centers never received a package”, that “the package never left the store”. I truly do not now what happened to my package, but to me, the employees did not do a great job at making sure that my package got to the right place. Which sucks because like I said before, I am now down $130. This has been my store for quite some time and now that I had this issue I may have to look for another store. I did not have a pleasant experience with the physical store and UPS customer service.
