During that visit, I was accidentally charged three times for the shredding service. Later that day right before closing I called the store to request guidance on how to obtain a refund. I spoke with a young, heavyset male employee who unfortunately displayed a very unprofessional attitude. While I was asking for the manager’s contact information which he gave me Shawna and the regional manager’s information and his name he declined and he hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.
