And then there are other staff members like today’s male staff on 12/2/25 at 9:30-9:40 am. Who has no customer service skills. I told him to help the next customer while I looked for the label information. He said “ you’re printing it’s going to cost $*.**. I said I was just here and was printed here. And he continues to repeat the cost without actually assisting me as I was on the side counter and the next customer was walking up to him. If there is a cost, not a problem but he did not even let me show him what my label information was because while he was speaking I was still looking for it. My last visit here on 11/25/25 was for the same reason and I was able to be helped without repeating the printing cost. The label information said “If you're unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance”. I instead canceled the return and went to FedEx for Narvar return. Next time assist one customer completely and while in front of you.
