  HORRIBLE. INCORRECTLY inputted my livescan not once but TWICE. Told me to come back so they can redo it for the THIRD TIME. Then, Ophelia has the audacity to tell me she can't do it because she's 'busy right now'. After expressing my frustrations she claims to not be certified and that Live Scan is not available after 6pm-- I've had my Livescan done after 6pm. She sounded like a lazy liar. Selfish employees serving to inconvenience you. Feedback to the business owner: update your website/business to notify customers you stop livescan at a certain time Feedback to management: Train your employees. The errors of these lazy employees inconvenienced my employment start date by 3.5 weeks. I'm ANGRY. They certainly do not value a customer's time.

  Jessica was very efficient, delightful, and helpful with my notary and explained each paper to me I needed to be signed. All the employees there were very happy and nice to all the customers. I like how they interact with each of them, asking them how their day was and how they are doing.

  I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jessica, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She provided truly outstanding service — kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire interaction. She went far above and beyond what is expected, making sure every concern was addressed and that I felt supported every step of the way. Jessica’s professionalism, leadership, and customer care skills are exceptional. She represents the very best of what customer service should be. If more representatives at Ups Moreno Valley CA were like her, customers would always feel valued and confident they’re in good hands.   While sometimes the small things are the best, that's what I would attribute to this store. From the moment i walked in to ship some returns, all I saw was smiling faces. Not for me, but in general. The ladies inside seemed so pleasant to help customers coming in. I was fortunate to get help from a young lady named Jessica. She made my trip inside seemless and easy. Very professional and kind. One thing is true, when someone gives good to great customer service, especially when they aren't asking anything of you, it should be commended. Jessica definitely made my experience top notch and I have no reservations about coming back. What ended up being a trip, albeit random time during the afternoon to the store ended up being a stress and hassle free experience. Thank You Jessica, and The UPS Store

  Came into this location for a livescan, they were friendly as soon as i walked in the door - the location is handicap accessible very clean and well kept - they answer questions in a professional manner. And take there time to help all customers with their needs. My livescan was a quick process and the lady who was helping me knew what she was doing and was very professional. I highly recommend this location for your livescans and any mailing need you may have.. A1 customer service !!!
