- LGLiz GrantAug 15, 20251.0Worst service EVER! We have been misinformed by this post office for over 6 months now. Every time we call we get a different response as to how to handle things. The female rep that answers the phone is rude, refuses to listen, and is extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, we don't have a choice as to which post office we utilize, but this one has serious issues with their staff.

- TMTed MentryOct 14, 20161.0Attendants not very friendly and of absolutely no help when a package is lost which, by the way, happens on a regular basis. Tracking? What tracking? It's usually not in the system until after the package arrives and often doesn't even reflect where the shipment actually is. No wonder they are in dire straits as a business.
- AAAlison AAug 4, 20161.0The worst! Ever since our mailman Paul has been gone from this route the service is very up & down. Our mail goes to the neighbor's (important things like bank statements!) our magazine today was absolutely obliterated due to the carrier stuffing a package (that should have been brought up to the porch! 10 steps!) anyhow the package was so stuffed into our box that the People magazine (not cheap) was ripped almost to the point of "let's just throw it away & buy a new one at Vons!" That's inexcusable. I'm sorry. 😡😡😡 very disappointed. Also I'm waiting for a check that was mailed Monday 8-1-16 & it still hasn't arrived. Now I'm worried as well as frustrated.
