  I have never gone into a business—whether to purchase something or make a return—and walked out feeling like I did something wrong. The employees at this location are some of the most unhappy and unfriendly people I’ve encountered in my 48 years. If you dare ask a question, they speak to you like you’re a nuisance, as if it’s unreasonable to expect basic customer service. I’ve been using this store for about 12 years, back when I had my hardware store, and I can say without a doubt that I will never use it again. Stopping by during the day can ruin your entire mood simply from having to interact with the staff, even for something as simple as sending a package. The negativity from these employees is unbelievable.

  Horrible customer service. Won't even let you borrow scissors if you bring your own tape. Every time I come here, they are unfriendly and act as if you are bothering them. I try to be understanding because sometimes people can be having a bad day, but it's always the same bad experience. This is the last time I come to this location.

  Horrible service from Jeffrey and Cassidy. Rude and unpleasant. It is so sad how good customer service is not a priority. They treat customers like if they are a problem but they don’t understand that the customers they serve keeps them in business. It is disappointing to have this type of service in this beautiful town called Montrose. I will be contacting their district manager.UPS Company as a whole has better standards than these two employees.
