- TRTrofim RitinMar 26, 20262.0Negative experience. Brought my DS11 passport application with prebooked through USPS website appointment. It wasn't in their system. Connie refused to take my prefilled and printed form and asked to fill their own form saying that colors on form are faded and it won't be accepted. When I told her to submit it she refused and refused to explain me anything because I didn't like the "NO" answer just like many customers do. She ignored me and told my wife to fill that form up. I asked for manager He was not there. I start calling to USPS phone number to report this behavior. She begin to treating me not to process my application if I continue the over the phone complain. I still did. Manger called me that evening apologizing for Connie behaviour.
