No smile, no sense of humor at all. I then gave him my QR code to scan from my phone and he states I needed to bring a box with the return, when clearly it states no box needed or label needed- “we “UPS” store will package,label and ship the return for you”. He then offered to sell me a box, which I then refused because why would I pay for a box when it states I do not need one…. Disappointed with the customer service and lack of knowledge.
