- MNMichelle NguyenFeb 22, 20251.0Luna was terrible at walking me through the passport application. My appointment was from 2-2:15 PM. She gave me a faulty pen which resulted in me having to redo all the application papers. Another party walked in at 2:10 PM while I was already finishing up my documents, yet she said I had to wait for the next party to finish since my documents were “not ready”. I had to wait until 2:30 PM when they finished. What is the point of having a designated appointment time if you’re gonna take another party that walks in during my time slot? After that she made the process extremely difficult, although I told her it was my first time. She was not nice or accommodating at all. This was a terrible passport application process which left me extremely dissatisfied and angry. I recommend Luna gets training in adequate customer service.

Left in wonder but rejoiced when the city post office gladly accepted with no questions asked. Is all military installation work ethic like that gentleman?
