Worst postal service encountered on five continents with the possible exception of international mail coming in Brazil.

I might as well have been at the DMV. I spent my whole lunch break here just to pick up One package. I actually had to leave before I could get my package because it took so long. Absolutely rediculous, I highly recommend avoiding this branch.

    1. They only get two stars because the building is super historic and beautiful. 2. The lines are ridiculously long no matter what day of the week it is because they usually only have 2 cashiers/postal workers. 3. The postal worker named KATY is VERY rude especially to people with disabilities. An older man couldn't see or hear well (had a walking cane, medical sunglasses and a hearing aide) and she refused to help him correct the labeling of to/from on his package. When he couldn't read the touchpad with extremely small type font, she proceded to start yelling at him that she couldn't help him until he answered yes or no to flammable material even though he had no idea that was the question. I understand that there are limits to the job and some things must be done by the person sending the mail not the postal worker, but there are ways of speaking to people, especially older disabled people that would help serve them better. She was flat out RUDE and other people in the line noticed as well. I'm only 26 and I considered it disrespectful. 4. The other guy Henry is very nice and sociable though. Just avoid the rude woman at counter 4.
