  Went in to drop off a couple of packages to be shipped out around 11:15am ish and the older gentleman who was working there at the counter was rude. No smile, no sense of humor at all. I then gave him my QR code to scan from my phone and he states I needed to bring a box with the return, when clearly it states no box needed or label needed- “we “UPS” store will package,label and ship the return for you”. He then offered to sell me a box, which I then refused because why would I pay for a box when it states I do not need one…. Disappointed with the customer service and lack of knowledge.

  Zero stars for terrible customer service. They don't smile. They don't say hello and they have no idea as a drop off site for UPS what UPS protocol is and they don't care to know. Not even a, "I apologize that I can't answer your questions we aren't actually UPS, even though it says it on our shirts". I made a mistake with a shipment once and the girl rolled her eyes at me because I was obviously inconveniencing her to look through like 8 boxes to find mine. I was told I needed to talk to the manager about a situation and that he was on lunch. So I said okay I can come back in an hour, she said "No...3 hours". I'd like to have a 3 hour lunch break. I have a business across the street and want to use them but to even go and make a copy it's like I am doing them a disservice by walking in. I actually wanted to leave no stars.
