  I have had multiple issues when I order something and fedex is used. The products do arrive on time; however, I live in an 3rd floor apartment and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have left all my packages on the bottom floor. Other carriers are able to bring my things upstairs but not FedEx. It really sucks that I can work my full shift and come home to bringing up several packages they left haphazardly near the stairway for someone to easily steal, damage, or trip over. I moved to the area and I used a company to deliver my luggage, but of course, all of my belongings were left out in the open near the stairs making it an easy target for theft. I WISH I could request any other carrier to deliver items that I order. It definitely deters me from attempting to order the things I need for my home online. But I am writing this review because today I had to carry a heavy package upstairs alone and I am hoping I don’t find in the days to come that I have hurt my back.

  The staff here are amazing. The other day we had a fiasco with a delivery that required a signature and somehow me missed the final notice. On the day when it was supposed to be returned to sender my wife was able to hustle over to this shipping center and the staff were patient and diligent with us. They went the extra mile to locate our package and pulled some extra strings, delaying their own timelines for shipping to make sure we received our package. We cannot thank the staff here enough for working with us to get us our package. The staff at this location deserves a raise. THANK YOU!!!

  Shipped sensitive government documents overnight. Package was marked as delivered to a non-existing human, everyone in the building where it was supposed to arrive is looking for it, no one has seen it. Of course to top it off FedEx blocks their customers from being able to contact someone who is actually on the ground, someone actually works in this office. FedEx is TRASH. Never using them again. Taking all of my business to DHL and UPS. Shame on you!!
