They didn't ask questions and I had to leave because I have anaphylaxis to dog dander, saliva etc. Now I am unable to go back to FedEx because I have seen that staff doesn't address this issue. Dogs don't belong in stores. My company places large orders with fedex, not anymore until this is resolved.
