This store made it easy for me to drop off my Target and Amazon returns. The staff are polite, efficient, and well-trained, so I never have to wait long to drop off my items. They provide a receipt and process things quickly. The last time I went, I dropped off two items on Tuesday morning and Target emailed me the same night that they received them items and issued the refund.

Phong helped me with my little package that needed a strip of tape which he gladly taped for me. Unlike other places where you have to buy the big roll of tape. He was friendly and helpful. He put a smile in my face/day with the interaction I had with him. The store was clean and not busy during the time I went. I would use this store again for any of my returns or packaging services. Forgot to mention, they accepted my QR code for my return. 😀
