The associate handling Amazon returns was openly complaining before I even approached, then acted rude and dismissive—she snatched my item, tossed it into a bag, and scolded me for bringing packaging (which I did to be safe). I was then told to wait elsewhere for my receipt. When I complained to the manager, instead of apologizing, she defended her behavior by blaming a broken printer. Operational issues are not an excuse for treating customers poorly. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it will be my last visit to this store.
