I said ok no problem, he said he would do it later. Since it wasn't box (my sons) I asked him to fill it in front of me so I can take pictures and justify the added cost of his shipment. Well the guy cut the box smaller and never filled it. No problem right?? We'll then why is he charging me for filler and even adding tax. I've never like Fed Ex but even less now. I bet this employee was trained to do this. So it comes from up the ladder 🪜.
