She raised her voice and spoke to her in a condescending manner in front of other customers, all while on a FaceTime call. The interaction was so upsetting that my wife went home in tears. My wife was wearing a hijab, and while I cannot say with certainty whether that played a role, the behavior felt targeted and deeply unprofessional.

Setting up new shipments has also always been really easy and they already have all my sender info in their system. Staff has always been great to work with, and this includes occasions where there were problems with shipments after they left the shop and were already in the UPS system.
