One worker was busy helping a very long line, the other was in the back doing her best to ignore the line on that late Friday afternoon. Finally when asked if anyone “was there for a pick up” I told them Yes, I don’t have a PO box but a package was left here earlier today. Without being asked my name, the senders name, what size box she was looking for or a USPS Tracking # I was told Nope*, it’s not here. If you don’t have a box it was sent back. I said, since just a few hours ago? I had just tracked it about 10 minutes ago. There is No Cell Service here so I couldn’t track it Live to show her (but I had a screen shot). So I was dismissed and kind of laughed at like I was a jackass for asking for my stuff, and then I left, without my package. Being treated like you are inconveniencing someone when asking for help from someone hired to do the job is Insane*. Get it together people! Got back to cell reception YES MY PACKAGE IS THERE. But it won’t be in a week when I have another day off to run errands.
