Do NOT schedule a passport appointment here ever. I have tried 2 times over the last 5 hrs. They are always short staffed and will not see you so you need to make an appointment another day. Lady called me 3 times to tell me I needed to reschedule because she "forgot" she talked to me. Dave yourself the headache.

Had an appointment right at 12PM and arrived early to sit in line for 10 minutes, then was told to wait in the lobby by a worker. After about 20 customers has passed, someone else had a passport appointment in line was served first even though I have been waiting for 50 minutes. They kept telling me that they would call my out for my appointment but never called me out. Don't come here for a passport appointment, they just tell you to stand in the lobby and don't help at all. If you do come here, just keep standing in line. They will never call out the appointment name for passports.

Never schedule an appointment with this office, no respect for your time . My wife schedule an appointment for passport for our child, when we arrived a clerk told us the person who do the applications did not show up , so where we didn’t receive an email or notification to reschedule as we took the day off from our work . I asked for manger . He buzzed him and then he said he is not here too . No one cares , no one charge . What do you expect for your services . NEVER make an appointment here . Bad customer service and attitude.
