  This UPS Store has a 2.4-star average, which is basically the business equivalent of a check engine light, and after multiple visits I can confidently say it’s still overrated. Returning an Amazon package here feels like entering a boss fight you didn’t sign up for. The return was already approved—QR code ready, instructions followed perfectly—but the business owner (yes, the guy with the ego) decided to turn it into a personal power fantasy. Instead of scanning the code like every other UPS Store on planet Earth, he demanded I wrap the package in a black plastic bag for some unexplained, suspiciously specific reason. Not a box. Not proper packaging. A black bag. At that point I felt less like a customer and more like I was being asked to dispose of a prop from a true crime reenactment. The customer service is elite-tier awful. Rude. Condescending. That special flavor of disrespect where someone talks to you like you’re stupid while also being wrong. Every interaction is dripping with “I hate customers but unfortunately you keep showing up.” And then there’s the unprofessional commentary. On another visit, my wife and I dropped off a package together, and this guy decided to make things weird by calling me her “bodyguard.” Just completely unsolicited, uncomfortable, and wildly inappropriate. I came in to drop off a box, not audition for his stand-up routine from hell. Nothing about this place is welcoming, efficient, or normal. The 2.4-star rating isn’t a coincidence—it’s a public service announcement. If you enjoy being talked down to, given nonsensical instructions, and made uncomfortable for absolutely no reason, this is your spot. If not, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

  This was the worst experience I’ve had at a UPS Store, and I would not consider returning.

  Beware this location will go out of their way to try to charge you for free amazon returns. My return was a no box or label stated on the QR code

  This is my first time going to this store but the gentlemen with tattoo was very rude for no reason. I was there around 2:20pm. I came in asked a question as I was trying to ship a package instead of him to help he went ahead telling me a story about AMC and other theatre to tell me why UPS is not the same as USPS. I just needed help to ship a package and if I am at the wrong place he could have redirected me. Simply. He talked to me like I’m stupid. Another customer then intervened and said that happened to him before. Point being he was extremely rude to the young lady in front of me and myself. He seemed very frustrated not sure why. I am leaving this review so that the owner can address this as this I’m sure is impacting the business. Maybe he is the owner in which case this is irresponsible in his own part having a terrible customer service. I am specific on the individual as I know it’s not all employees have this kind of behavior. I could even respond to him because I was surprise why he would address me that way. Anyways if he is the only person there I will not recommend going there.

  The clerk was nice and patient friendly and attentive. She worked very fast.
