  I brought my Amazon package to return and he refused it saying that I need to pack it in a blank box instead of the box that the package originally came in. I explained to him that I returned a similar product at a different UPS and they accepted it. Then you started showing me attitude, saying that “Good for them. I don’t care what you returned at other places, take it back to them then. I’m not going to accept this and risk my family business.” If someone is asking you a question politely, maybe don’t be rude in return. This is the only store that gives me a hard time every single time. This guy needs to learn some basic manners. If it is a family business, there’s no way he is being a good representative.

  Can't even find an address, that I google maped myself to confirm. And I typed and printed the address on the package. Just so no one was confused. I guess they cant find addresses for everyone. Interesting.

  Not the best UPS location around the area. The one a couple miles up north next to Whole Foods. It’s probably the best UPS location after trying all of them I could say this one is in the middle customer service needs a little bit of work but overall I have had a good experience this nevertheless I the times that I have been there has been fast and quick service not as busy as other locations as well. However, parking sometimes can be difficult to find as there are many different shops in the area.

  Always a problem to ship returns from Amazon. The only UPS that gives me and other customers a hard time.

  Right when my husband walked in to return my internet equipment the worker said that the internet was down and to come back tomorrow. We won’t be back don’t worry.
