- KSKaleb SolomonFeb 4, 20265.0I want to preface that 5 stars goes to the manager here. I believe her name is Aubrey. But my frustrations are with the mail carriers assigned to me from here. There have been multiple instances of my packages not delivered or marked delivered and it was just not there. This particular time I had a package that was time sensitive and was marked as delivered. Apparently the mailman delivered it and didn’t know where he put it. I’m not sure why that would be the case, but it just was. The situation was very frustrating especially since it seemed to be a pattern. However, Aubrey was kind, patient and followed through with locating the package. She did an amazing job with customer service even though I was clearly frustrated with the situation. She even went to my complex and located it herself. Overall, they have a great manager at the Monrovia USPS - but some of their staff needs serious work and accountability.

So I couldn’t find my package even though it said it was delivered, and I came in to locate my missing package. The supervisor here was quick figuring out why I was missing my package and fixed the issue within 30 minutes I went in even though it was technically my friend’s fault.
