In the short time I interacted with her, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, empathy, kindness, honesty, and extensive knowledge of the process. Her dedication and genuine care for customers are evident, and she carries herself with a sincerity and grace that are rare to find. Although my situation was complex, I will keep it brief: without Jessica’s assistance, my husband and I would not have been able to complete our passport applications in time for our 20th wedding anniversary trip. Her support made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you once again, Jessica, for your outstanding service. My husband and I sincerely appreciate everything you did for us. - BAbrittany atkinsMar 23, 20261.0I took the day off work, took my kids out of school, and drove 30 minutes to my kids 3 appointments to find out the person that does passports didn’t come to work. I have notarized forms that are only good for 90 days. I waited 30 days for this appointment and the next available is 30 days out. I wish I would’ve gotten an email at least with a cancellation notice instead of wasting my time running around. The lady at the desk inside was nice and apologetic, but this seriously inconvenienced me and my family and wasted so much time. With there only being 3 places in Modesto to submit passport applications, they should really do better with staffing and notifications.

GMar 10, 20262.0Very frustrating to be waiting all day for my medication my husband even asked the mailman about it to but he was busy and we didn’t want to keep him to long I had a notification that said coming today so it’s finally 8pm I get another notification that my package is undeliverable at 738pm mind you I live in a 4 apartment complex open driveway anyone can come in and nobody ever blocks our mailboxes and we had the camera on waiting as well so idk what this bs is but it’s not ok

They need to be clear with appointments times terrible service at this location the women was very very unprofessional i made an appointmentnt at the salida library only waited 5 days for appointment and its all done now
