  I worked with them in getting my first accounting position back with a gal named Lisa back in 2008. Things were great, communication was great. Now the last couple times I have tried to work with them I have been sent to Jackie Meza. Number one, her communication was terrible. Forgot to call me about things, never followed up, always out of office; I was always the one trying to reach her. Make things worse she asked me to join Robert Half to be loaned out as contract employee, I did not think that was great for me as I am looking for part time to full time employment. I declined. Since then, she asked for references from last employer, i let her know that it was against company policy and that the few people reached out to would not. She then said she couldn't present me to anyone as "she charges a lot of money for her services" but apparently doesn't know how to present me, even though she wanted me to be loaned out through them. Seems a bit retalitory. I would not recommend Robert Half and advise you to talk to many of the recruiters in the area as this office is slow, took forever for admin/background check, and then did not want to help at all. Some recruiters are looking out for the job seekers, this office does not.

  I started working with Robert half in 2014 in the Bay Area. It was amazing. Great recruiters who worked hard to place me and I loved all the positions I got and was able to learn a lot and grow a passion for the work I was doing. I moved out to the Central Valley in 2019. In 2020, I started using Robert Half Modesto and had a great recruiter who was able to place me and the job was a great fit and she was super friendly. I started working with them again in 2021 and the Recruiters are different and it is absolutely horrible and super difficult to have my recruiter even call me back. Luz Sanchez was my recruiter at first. She would let me know of a possible job, not update me about the communication she had with client, not give me all the correct Information for interviews, so I felt forgotten. Once she became ready to help me, 3 months later, she started looking for a position for me, then she got promoted, didn’t tell me and just dropped me on another recruiter, Luis De Anda Juaregi who is even worse at his job than Luz.I let him know about a job on the Robert half website that I’m interested in, he doesn’t answer, doesn’t return calls after my voicemails. Anytime he does answer, he says he will call me back and he doesn’t. They have the jobs, they just don’t want me to have them?!? I’m so confused. And frustrated. I told Luis and Luz about the lack of communication and still get no response. I’m more than happy to take this to corporate because it isn’t fair to people who are trying to become employed. I will never use Robert half again thanks to Luz and Luis. I would give both of them 0 stars if I could.

  I had an online appointment with recruiter Sharon who was late. She was suppose to reschedule & was a no show. I contacted the company to speak with a different recruiter for job search assistance and no one reached out. This agency is a breath of a waste of time. Don't waste yours either.
