I accidentally clicked the wrong button on one & she treated me with disdain. Got past that then the screen about what type of receipt do you want flashed by without giving me a chance to respond. I wanted an email but could not get one. When I told her the screen would not let me respond she acted like this was news to her, which is impossible. It happens every time I go in there to mail a package. The clerks should know the basics of how the system works & be aware of user interface issues. Basically she treated me rudely & with contempt. I suspect she treats others this way too but few will bother to write it up. Time 3:28pm, date Monday 10/20/2025, clerk at far end of the counter but closest to the beginning of the line.

The first three times I was able to talk to the person who delivers my mail (calling the post office itself never helped, creating a help ticket has never helped) and get it resolved. But she's gone and now I have no way of solving this chronic issue. My package was delivered to the wrong address on 10/9/25. I talked to the new person who informed me my package was not misdelivered on 10/10/25. Today, 10/15/25, my package arrives open and empty. If it wasn't something that cost less than ten dollars I'd probably be yelling this review inside the post office instead of writing it out here.
