Great staff and a very convenient drop-off location right next to the freeway exit. They manage the waiting line quite well—while not always perfect, it’s usually much shorter compared to other locations. Special thanks to Malik and Tom for doing a great job at this USPS location!

One of the male workers started yelling at my sister when she was asking questions on how to send a package. It was her first time trying to send one and he started behaving very aggressively out of nowhere. Please do something about this, as it doesn’t seem like the first time this man has been harassing women that come into the post office.

I have frequented the Mission Viejo US Post Office and have been pleased with the customer service and professionalism exhibited by staff. The location is easily accessible and my local post office delivery person is also a valuable asset to our community and is highly skilled and personable.
These folks that work for the USPS are all unsung heroes.
Thank you!

I’ve come to this location a couple of times to mail packages to my son in Mexico. I’ve never had a problem until recently. There were two male postal workers at the counter. When it was my turn, I went up to one of the workers and he proceeded to help me figure out the postage. The worker next to him starts yelling at me (keep in mind I’m not even at his counter) that I can’t ship my package. I tell him that I’ve done it many time before at that exact location and never had a problem. He accuses me of lying and that i have never shipped a package from there. Meanwhile, the person that was actually helping me looks embarrassed and proceeds to help me. I was worried about actually leaving my package there in fear that the other worker was going to tamper with with it. Luckily it arrived safely. I will continue to go to this location but will avoid that worker at all costs as he apparently isn’t familiar with shipping packages to other countries.
