I’ve come to this location a couple of times to mail packages to my son in Mexico. I’ve never had a problem until recently. There were two male postal workers at the counter. When it was my turn, I went up to one of the workers and he proceeded to help me figure out the postage. The worker next to him starts yelling at me (keep in mind I’m not even at his counter) that I can’t ship my package. I tell him that I’ve done it many time before at that exact location and never had a problem. He accuses me of lying and that i have never shipped a package from there. Meanwhile, the person that was actually helping me looks embarrassed and proceeds to help me. I was worried about actually leaving my package there in fear that the other worker was going to tamper with with it. Luckily it arrived safely. I will continue to go to this location but will avoid that worker at all costs as he apparently isn’t familiar with shipping packages to other countries.

Went in on a Monday this week and this post office is so busy there was a long line out the door with a lot of people inside. It is so busy ! I don’t know how they even get that line down. I was able to get my bosses packages sent out Kaylyn noticed I needed help and helped me right away. She made it so easy for me I rarely have to go to the post office but it was an experience for the books. I really enjoyed the customer service at this post office everyone was in a hurry but very time efficient. I had a pleasant experience.

After my appointment at the RSM USPS location was canceled without any notice - no email, no phone calls, no text -, I was redirected to the Mission Viejo location. Upon arrival, I brought all necessary documentation and explained my situation. Despite having a 50-minute window between the canceled 9 a.m. appointment and the next 10 a.m. appointment, the staff member was not only unhelpful but also very rude. She told me, “Why did you come here? You should have been at the RSM location,” and “I don’t care if they canceled your appointment.” This dismissive and unprofessional attitude made the experience incredibly frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
