I specifically looked for this and it didn't seem to mention the correct hours when I googled "Notary UPS" - just said "open now". this is meant as an advisory in case someone needs Notary services. The overall experience was good - I just had to go back later after 10am. No biggie.

- TMTJ MVOct 20, 20251.0I dropped off a 10 pound package in a 14" x 14" x 16" box to be shipped. The location scanned it in and gave me a receipt. A week later, the package had not moved. It simply disappeared. The package never left their office according to the tracking. I stopped in to ask about it, and they looked it up in the system with the UPS tracking number. After seeing that it never left their business location, they simply said, "Sorry. It's lost. You'll have to file a claim." They made no effort to look around to see if it was overlooked or even possibly ask the UPS driver about it. They simply just moved on to the next customer. I guess I'll be trying another UPS location in the future that is hopefully more reliable and helpful, and I can say goodbye to a valuable item.
