Then they added a $3 fee because I had to email them my return label, listed as “one hour computer use.” It took less than 30 seconds to open the email, so that charge feels misleading at best. On top of that, they still charged for the sheet of paper. Every other UPS I’ve used only charges for the printout itself — not for tape, not for “computer time,” and certainly not for basic customer service. I won’t be returning to this location
