The staff has always been professional, helpful, and able to resolve all my shipping and return needs without any issues. However, today’s experience was completely different. The three employees who were working today acted as if they simply did not want to work. I came in with several items, to process my returns, and it felt like they were just too lazy to help and did not even try to solve the problem. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for UPS customers. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today.
