I've been there many times when a customer is belligerent right from the start and the girls are very patient, the young ladies have to deal with this on a daily basis and they still get the job done, give them a break. I'll keep my business at this location.

Went here to return a Verizon device and she scanned the wrong serial number on the box but saying she did. Verizon never received the device and now are charging me for the device.
