Called it. Told me to go back make sure it was scanned. Staff was like package is not here we can’t help you at this point. Took it up with ups. Package was lost. I got my protection money fast from ups. I always have gone to this drop off no problem. All the sudden 1st package going out of the U.S. gets lost. Idk who lost,but I’m def not going to drop it off here anymore. I’ll drive to another drop off to avoid this.

Archibald Ave STE 102, Corona, CA 92880 3. 5120 Hamner Ave Ste 140, Eastvale, CA 91752 They are very upset nasty workers there who say nothing is in their pay grade they cant help us. Very nasty attitude no customer service etiquettes.... its like they are all hand picked upset of life individuals who want a job but cant provide service. Lazy... uneducated.... unhelpful.... very nasty owner ship ... If you live in eastvale drive a little and go to this store 2420 River Rd Ste 230, Norco, CA 92860 This ups store is awesome service here is 1000/100... very exceptional... very professional.... understanding... helpful. knowledgeful... Jerry was awesome. He helped us i came here after reading reviews and without a doubt it was awesome.

Then when I finally got to the register she asked me where I was sending the package to so I told her. She then proceeded to take another few minutes to again text on her phone & again asked me where I was sending the package to & again I repeated myself. Poor customer service. I’d lose my job behaving the way this lady did.

Employees have always been so friendly, helpful, and also very patient (with me ) and all the customers. I do a lot of Amazon returns and notice that there are a lot of customers that forget to read the instructions for their Amazon returns.. Pro Tip: Amazon instructions are different depending on where you select to process your return (UPS Store, Staples, Kohls, etc.) all have different instructions...
