- NDNitin D5 days ago5.0My review is for passport application with an appointment. I had a smooth experience for this service. I was second in line when I reached 15 minutes before my appointment. I was served within 10 minutes of me being in line. The staff member helping us (Annaysa) was courteous and took care of all of our documents very well. She spotted a mismatch in one of the documents which probably could have gotten our application rejected. Within 10 minutes, we were done with our application review, oath-taking and mailing our application. Very happy with the service I received here.
